Postmarked Press is a physical mail subscription service operated by Daffodil Ventures LLC, a Washington limited liability company doing business as Postmarked Press.
When you subscribe or make a purchase, we collect your email address, shipping name and address, phone number (optional), billing information, and an age confirmation that you are 18 or older. Payment card information is handled directly by Stripe and is not stored on our servers.
When you use the Site, we automatically collect basic device and usage information: IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages viewed, and cookie identifiers. We also track whether you open or click our emails.
We use this information to deliver and mail your subscription, process payments and renewals, communicate with you about your account, prevent fraud, respond to your support requests, and improve the Site. We send marketing emails only if you opt in; you can unsubscribe anytime via the link in every such email.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing letters@postmarkedpress.com. We’ll respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
California residents: under the CCPA and CPRA, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion or correction, to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information (we do neither), and to limit the use of sensitive personal information. You may designate an authorized agent to exercise these rights. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

We keep your information as long as needed to provide the Service and meet our legal and accounting obligations. You can request earlier deletion as described above.
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information, including HTTPS, encrypted database storage, and limited internal access. No system is perfectly secure.
The Service is for adults 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe we have, contact us and we’ll delete it.
We are based in the United States, and our service providers operate primarily in the U.S. If you access the Service from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S.
We may update this policy. We’ll update the effective date above and, for material changes, notify you by email or a prominent Site notice.
